How to shop

To facilitate orientation in our e-shop, we have divided the goods into several categories, a list of which can be found in the top menu. If you already know the name of the product you are interested in, use the search bar located at the top of the page on the left.

For each product, you will find its brief description, dimensions, price, color variants and current availability. We are able to deliver most of the offered goods no later than 14 days after sending the order and paying it to our account. If you need the goods you have selected earlier, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you as much as possible.

You put the selected goods in the basket using the "Buy" or "Add to basket" buttons. You can see the complete contents of your shopping cart every time you add a product to it or if you click on "Cart" in the upper right corner of the page. In the basket, you will find everything you have put in it clearly and in one place at any time - the name of the product, its photo, the price of the individual products, their quantity and the total price of your purchase.

Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to fill in your name and e-mail address, or and addresses for delivery of goods. Your email address is used for all communication regarding your order, so it is necessary to fill it in. If you have already purchased via the SIPEKGLASS.COM e-shop (SIPEKGLASS.CZ, SIPEKGLASS.EU, BOREKSIPEK.GLASS) and registered as our customer, log in with your e-mail and password and continue shopping. If you have forgotten your password, we will send it to the e-mail address you registered with.

At this stage of your purchase, you also choose the method of payment and the method of delivery of the goods (see below). If you have a discount voucher or gift certificate, enter the relevant code in the "discount voucher" field and the relevant amount will be deducted from your order immediately.

Before sending the order, a complete overview and summary is available to you. If all the information is correct, complete the order by pressing the "Order" button and a confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.

You will be informed by e-mail about every step during the processing of your order. At all times, you have a perfect overview of what is happening with your order and when you can expect delivery of the selected goods. Payment by transfer to a bank account - you will receive the variable symbol for payment and the bank account number in the e-mail confirming the receipt of the order in our system. We ship the ordered goods immediately after crediting the payment to our bank account.

Payment by credit card - we implement this payment method via the Shoptet Pay payment gateway.

Tax document, or we hand over the invoice to the customers together with the goods, when picking up the goods in person, or send them automatically by e-mail. The invoice also serves as a document for any product claims.


Personal pick-up - the goods can be picked up in person at the agreed date directly in the Anežka glass studio (Ke koupališti 1390, 473 01 Nový Bor). If the customer prefers personal collection, immediately after the goods are manufactured and the shipment is ready for dispatch, he will receive an e-mail with information that the goods are ready for collection, and our staff will agree a collection date with him via e-mail or by telephone.
Of course, we do not charge shipping or packaging costs when picking up goods in person.

Before taking over the goods from the DPD Group, always check whether the packaging and the product are intact. In case of damaged transport packaging or any discrepancy, do not accept the goods.


For the transport of goods, we charge a price according to the country of delivery, including packaging, transport and insurance of the shipment.
When picking up goods in person, we do not charge packaging or any other fee.


We pack the goods in gift packaging (paper boxes with a design print and an inner lining made of artificial satin). This box is then packed into a shipping box. If the ordered goods are larger, we send the shipping boxes on a pallet of different dimensions. If interested, we are able to provide gift packaging according to the customer's requirements.
We attach a certificate to each product that confirms the origin of the product (Bořek Šípek design) and contains the name of the product, date of manufacture, or the serial number of the product in the case of a limited edition, and of course also the instructions for use of the products.

By concluding the purchase contract, the buyer consents to the processing of personal data provided exclusively for the needs of the SIPEKGLASS.CZ online store (SIPEKGLASS.COM, SIPEKGLASS.EU, BOREKSIPEK.GLASS).



By law, our customers are entitled to a 2-year warranty period. The warranty starts from the day the customer takes over the goods. If the goods are exchanged for a new one, the warranty period starts again from the beginning, starting from the day of receipt of the new goods. The warranty period does not include the period of the product complaint (i.e. the time from the delivery of the product to the supplier for handling the complaint to the customer's re-acceptance of the product after the end of the warranty repair).


If you are a consumer or final customer, the purchased goods do not suit you and you want to return or exchange them, you have the right to return the purchased goods without giving a reason, according to § 53 paragraph 7 of the Civil Code, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. You have the right to return the goods even if you place the order online with personal collection of the goods at the Anežka glass factory in Nové Bor (see contacts).

If you are not a consumer or you purchase the goods as part of your business or business activity, and this fact is determined by the identification number on the sales document, you do not have the right to withdraw, because the Commercial Code does not provide for this option.

It is possible to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days, with the period of 14 days beginning on the following calendar day after receiving the goods. If the deadline ends on a weekend or holiday, the last day of the deadline is considered the next working day. A written withdrawal from the purchase contract must be delivered to us no later than the last day of this 14-day period, i.e. it is not enough to simply send a notice of withdrawal from the purchase contract on this day. Due to the nature of the returned goods, please pack them well to avoid damage during transport. The right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason does not expire by unpacking or using the goods, and the goods do not have to be returned in their original packaging. However, according to the law, the supplier has the right to reimbursement of the costs associated with restoring the goods to their original condition or repackaging the goods. The costs of returning the goods associated with their transport back to the supplier are borne by the buyer.

We recommend that you always attach a document to the returned goods that confirms that you purchased the goods through the SIPEKGLASS.COM e-shop (SIPEKGLASS.CZ, SIPEKGLASS.EU, BOREKSIPEK.GLASS) and makes it easier for us to identify the goods and the customer (purchase invoice, etc.).

We will send you the money for the returned goods as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 calendar days of withdrawal from the contract, by transfer to a bank account.

The operator reserves the right to correct the price of the goods before sending the goods, if he discovers that the goods were offered at an incorrect price. In such a case, the customer must be informed of the correct price and the customer must agree to the price adjustment. Otherwise, the purchase contract will not be concluded and the order will be canceled by the operator.
