The online store SIPEKGLASS.COM, respectively SIPEKGLASS.CZ is operated by Šípek Team s.r.o., with the registered office in Sněmovní 174/7, Praha 1 – Malá Strana, ZIP Code 118 00, listed in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 98188, TAX ID: 27125530.
HOW TO SHOP
To make the navigation in our e-shop easy and convenient, we have divided the goods into several categories, a list of which can be found in the menu shown in the left column. If you already know the name of the product you are interested in, use the search bar located at the top of the page.
For each product, you will find its brief description, dimensions, price, choice of colors, and current availability. Most of the offered goods are kept on stock. If not, we are able to deliver it within 10 days from the day you send us the order. Should you need your chosen goods earlier, please contact us and we will try to do our best to meet your demand and accelerate the production.
You can insert the selected goods into the shopping cart using the "Buy" button. You can see the content of your shopping cart anytime you add new item in it or by clicking the green "My bag" button in the upper right corner of the page. In the shopping cart, you can always find, neatly organized, everything you've put in – name of the product, its picture, price of the products, their quantity and the total cost of your purchase.
Before finishing your purchase, you will be asked to fill in your name and e-mail addresses, and eventually the delivery address for the goods. Your email address is used for all communication regarding your order, so it is necessary to fill it in. If you have previously shopped in the SIPEKGLASS.COM e-shop, and registered as our customer, log in using your e-mail and password and continue shopping. In case you have forgotten your password, we will send it to the e-mail address used during your registration.
At this stage of your shopping, you can also choose the payment method and the method of delivery of the goods (see below). If you have a voucher or gift certificate available, enter the code into the "Discount voucher" box and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your order immediately.
Prior sending the order, a complete overview and summary is available for your convenience. If all the information are correct, complete the order by pressing the "Order" button and the order confirmation will be sent promptly to your e-mail address.
You will be notified about each step during processing of your order over the e-mail. That way, during the entire time, you have a complete overview of what is happening with your order and when you can expect the delivery of the selected goods. METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment in cash – During a personal collection of the goods directly in the Glass Studio Anežka (Ke koupališti 1390, 473 01 Nový Bor, Czech Republic).
Payment via a bank transfer - you will receive the variable symbol for payment and the bank account number in the order confirmation e-mail. The ordered goods will be shipped immediately after the payment is credited to our bank account.

Payment by cash on delivery - you pay the purchase price in cash to the mailman, or to the driver of the shipping company upon receiving the goods from the carrier. Unfortunately, this payment method is not available in all countries where we supply the goods. If you prefer this method of payment, please contact us directly to check the possibilities in your country (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Credit card payment - we offer payments via PayPal (International) or GoPay (for czech customers) online payment systems.
The receipt, respectively the invoice is given to our customers with the goods during the personal collection of the goods, or it is automatically sent over the e-mail immediately after we receive the confirmation of delivery of the shipment to the customer from the Czech Post or the carrier. The invoice also serves as a proof of purchase for any possible claims.
Personal collection - goods can be picked up in person at the agreed time directly in the in the Glass Studio Anežka (Ke koupališti 1390, 473 01 Nový Bor). Should the customer prefer a personal collection of the goods, immediately upon the goods is produced and ready for dispatch, he will receive an email stating that the goods are ready to be picked up and our staff will agree with him, over an email or a telephone, the time for the pickup.
If the merchandise is collected in person, no shipping and packing costs is indeed charged.
Business package - Czech Post in cooperation with local post in the country of destination
The Czech Post guarantees the delivery the next working day after the shipment in the Czech Republic, 3-6 days in Europe, and 10-14 days delivery to non-European countries. On the date the package is given to the Czech Post for shipment, you will get an e-mail with the package number and information regarding the delivery. Czech Post also allows online tracking of all shipments in English:
Before accepting the goods from the local postman in the country of destination, always make sure the packaging and product are intact. In the case of damaged transport packaging, do not accept the goods! Should the goods be damaged, even if the packaging is intact, it is necessary to inform the local postman or our company of this fact as soon as possible. We also suggest to inform the local Post Office in person on the day of delivery, at any post office in the country of destination.
Shipping company - we recommend this shipping method for larger packages or transport to distant countries. In this case, the calculation is very individual, we work with 3 forwarding companies and we always choose the mode of transport which meets the requirements of the client (the cheapest, fastest, etc.).
Czech Republic: for the transport of goods through the Czech Post in the Czech Republic, we charge a uniform price of 199 CZK, including packing, freight, insurance, shipment, or the fee for the cash payment on delivery. We do not charge packing or any other fee for personal collection of the goods.
Other countries: transport of goods to other countries in the world is charged according to our price list. Shipping costs listed in our price list include shipping, shipment insurance, protective packaging, etc.
Goods packed in gift packaging (cardboard box with printing, logo Borek Sipek and satin inner lining). This box is then packed into shipping boxes. If the goods ordered a larger scale, the shipping box sent to a variety of different sizes. If you are interested we can provide gift packaging according to the customer's requirements.
To every product, we attach a certificate of origin of the goods (Bořek Šípek design) containing the product name, date of sale, or the serial number of the product, if it is a limited edition, and of course instructions for using the products.
The Šípek Team s.r.o., TAX ID: 27125530, processes personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended. Personal data of our customers are never disclosed to third parties. By conclusion of a purchase contract the buyer gives his consent to processing of his personal data, solely for the SIPEKGLASS.COM, resp. SIPEKGLASS.CZ internet store.
According to the law, our customers are entitled to a 2-year warranty period. The warranty starts from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer. If the goods are exchanged for new ones, the warranty period starts over from the beginning, starting with the date of acceptance of the new products. The claim period is not counted into the warranty period (i.e. the time from the delivery of the goods to the supplier for the settlement of the claim, until the goods is received again by the customer, after the warranty repair is finished).
RETURN OF GOODS IN 14-DAY PERIOD
If you are a consumer, respectively the final customer, you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, and you wish to return or exchange it, you have, according to § 53 paragraph 7 of the Civil Code, the right to return the purchased goods without providing any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. You have the right to return goods even if you make an order over the Internet with a personal collection of items in our showroom in Prague or in the Glass Studio in Nový Bor (see contacts).
In case you are not the consumer, respectively you buy goods within the scope of your commercial or business activity, while listing your TAX ID on your sales receipt confirms this fact, the right of withdrawal will not arise, since the Commercial Code does not mention this possibility.
It is possible to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days, while the 14 days period begins on the next calendar day after the day of receipt of the goods. If the period ends on a weekend or a public holiday, the last day of the period is considered the next business day. A written notice of withdrawal from the contract must be delivered to us no later than the last day of such 14-day period, which means that sending of the withdrawal from the contract on this day is not sufficient. Upon agreement, the returned product itself may be returned later. A withdrawal from the contract can be sent to email@example.com or by mail to Šípek Team s.r.o., Mostecká 17, 118 00 Praha 1 – Malá Strana, Czech Republic.
Due to the nature of the goods, please make sure to package the goods properly to prevent damage to the goods during transport. Unpacking and using of the goods does not affect the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, and it is not necessary to return the goods in the original packaging. However, the supplier has the legal right to charge the costs associated with returning the goods to the original condition, or with repacking of the goods. The cost of returning the goods associated with the shipping back to the supplier is born by the buyer.
With the returned goods, we recommend to always enclose a document which will confirm that you obtained the goods through the SIPEKGLASS.COM, resp. SIPEKGLASS.CZ e-shop and which will help us to identify the goods and the customer (purchase invoice, etc.).
Money for the returned goods will be sent as soon as possible, no later than 30 calendar days after the withdrawal, by a transfer to a bank account, or we will pay it in cash at our sales points.
